Quite often the amount of fluff people put into books is to hide imperfections

or too little protien, fat broccoli or any particular macro or micro nutrient
vitamin or mineral. We suffered thyroid conditions due to too much broccoli
after misunderstanding THE ZONE DIET. This was BECAUSE of a bit of confusion
not corrected by the books and being over zealous thinking we were doing GOOD,
reducing calories and getting much needed anti oxidants and iron, macro & micro
nutrients, vitamins & minerals, without the excess of anything including

Part of the reason the thyroid conditions happened was, at the time Dr Bosworth
at the Runaway Bay clinic, basically scared us into action thankfully. With both
